5. I ordered online and want to pick up my order from Elnziya branch?
Unfortunately, this option is not available yet however we provide the fastest delivery to your doors.

6. What are the payment methods available?
You can pay online via debit card or credit card and you can also pay by cash on delivery. We also offer 4 interest-free payments through Tabby.

8. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are AED 20 across the UAE for all orders below AED 250.

9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is completely free on purchase of AED 250 and above.

10. How long does it take for the delivery?
We deliver in 2 Days for all orders placed before 5pm during working days.

11. Can I track the delivery of my order?
You can track the delivery status of your order through the tracking number.

12. Do you deliver worldwide?
We deliver only in UAE.

13. What is the expiration date of Elenziya scents?
There is no accurate expiration date for perfumes unlike other product, however Elenziya fragrances is advised to be used within 5 years in a good storage.

14. Where are Elnziya products made?

All Elnziya fragrances are made in UAE.
